Hi Craig,

The problem may have occurred if there were extra whitespace characters at the beginning or end of the Order Reference number. I have fixed the form validation to allow extra whitespace characters in the Order Reference field. I have a record of your order so there is no need to resubmit your information.

I just want to comment that the process has been pretty smooth except that the confirmation mail was found in my Gmail spam folder. You may want to highlight this to future customers.
